Assuming that you are visiting Bibione you should book at Hotel Montecarlo. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

I have stayed for 4 days with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly clean up. The staff were being really useful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean plus the shower was super cool. Not an extremely social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.
